6.3 Taxes

Fees exclude applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for paying all such charges except taxes based on our net income.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, all disputes must be brought individually and not as a class action or collective proceeding.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
